My shopping cart was full, but then I couldn't check out because the credit card wouldn't go through?
Usually, the problem is easily solvable. We use an AVS (Address Verification System) as part of our credit card approval process. If you entered in an incorrect Billing Address, then your card may have been declined. Please check your entry and make the necessary corrections. If you have moved within the past few months, try entering your previous address as your current Billing Address. You may have updated your information with your bank, but these updates may take some time to go through all of the various address databases out there. Also check that you entered the correct CVV (3 or 4 digit number on back of most cards) number from the back of your credit card.
I am an International customer, why is my credit card being declined?
Our merchant account only allows the use of credit cards issued in the United States. If you would still like to make a purchase, please pay via the PayPal option.
What is your return policy?
You are welcome to exchange an item* in new unopened condition within 30 days of purchase, for store credit, full refunds give at owners descretion. However, My Swisa will not be responsible for returned items being damaged in the mail. Do not return any items until you contact us. Also, if you wear out your Sensation nail buffer within a year from the date you bought it, we will replace it for free, just send us the old one along with your name and address.

Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not have a main list of International stores as each mall kiosk, spa, salon, or website is individually owned and operated. One thing you can do, although time consuming, is call the malls and spas in your area to see if they carry Swisa Beauty Sensation Spa products.

Our Dead Sea Products have been FDA approved for all skin types, including sensitive skin. People from all over the world, with all different skin types and skin aliments, have traveled to the Dead Sea to soak in its unique mineral-rich waters. Why can't I find the fragrance I want for the Dead Sea Mineral Treatment or Sensation Lotion?
We at My Swisa are are sorry to say that Swisa Beauty has discontinued the following fragrances: Tart Green Apple and Coconut Lime Dead Sea Mineral Treatment. And the following Sensation Lotions: Fresh Peach, Morning Blush. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. However, SwisaBeauty has developed several new scents and brought back some older ones as well, some of which include; Milk & Honey, Magic, Summer Catch, Reminisce, Miarcle, Mango-Papaya, Tropical Heaven, Kiwi, Love Spell, and Eternity.
