My Swisa is an authorized distributor for Swisa Beauty, Inc.  We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. We strive to make your shopping experience with us easy and relaxing. Our phone line is open Monday through Friday 11 am - 4:30 pm CST or you may send an email to us at myswisa@myswisa.com or you may use our convenient form to leave us a message. All emails are usually answered within 24-72 hours.  Please call for orders over $500 or pay through PayPal. Please expect limited customer service from December 16th to January 3th.




Secure Ordering
Our secure on-line ordering system uses the latest VeriSign SSL Secure Encryption Technology. All personal as well as credit card information is submitted with the highest possible level of security and precautions. Our system also has safeguards in place to protect against credit card fraud. Individuals attempting the fraudulent use of a credit card will be reported. Orders placed using PayPal are subjected to PayPal's privacy policy.

Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. Sorry no checks or money orders. We do not recommend sending cash through the mail.  For orders $500 and over please use the PayPal payment method or call before ordering. Please note if your credit card was NOT issued in the United States, our merchant service will decline your card and your order will not  be processed. If this happens, you may try using the PayPal option instead.

Returns 
You are welcome to exchange an item* in new unopened condition within 30 days of purchase, for a refund minus s&h. My Swisa will not be responsible for returned items being damaged in the mail. Please contact us before returning any items. If you wear out your Sensation nail buffer within a year from the date you bought it, we will replace it for free, just send us the old one*.

*Only items purchased from MySwisa.com can be returned to us. Please note that we are not affiliated with any mall kiosk or other sellers of Swisa Beauty products, besides Swisa Beauty, Inc. Items purchased at MySwisa.com (via internet or telephone) cannot be returned to any mall kiosk, store, or other location. If you purchased products at another location please return items to that location, as each location has its own policies.*


Taxes
We collect 8.25% tax on any order that ships inside of the state of Texas. Due to a Sales tax dispute with the state of TX we are currently unable to ship orders placed in the TX area. We hope to have this issue solved by the beginning of the year.

Shipping for US

Due to the holiday season please allow additional time for shipping. All orders must be placed by Dec 11th to arrive in time for Christmas. *Excluding International Orders 

 
At My Swisa our goal for shipping is to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Your order will be shipped from Texas within 72 hours of placement (excluding weekends and holidays). We use UPS (United Parcel Service) and the United States Postal Service (USPS) for our shipping needs. Most items will arrive in about 2-6 business days, after order is processed, (see chart below) depending on where you are located. However, if you need it sooner we can expedite your order, for an additional cost.  Although the price for shipping packages via UPS & USPS vary widely from each other, we have decided to keep a flat shipping rate of $6.00.  This fee will be waived for orders over $100.00.  If shipping to a P.O. Box, please provide an actual street address otherwise UPS will not deliver.  Shipments are mailed Monday through Friday only.  If UPS delivers your package early and you are not there to receive it, simply sign the ticket that was left at the attempted delivery and replace it where you found it.  (There is a place for special instructions on where to leave the package, i.e. Backdoor, Patio, etc.).  Shipments will be insured, and damage occurring during the shipment of merchandise to a customer will be the responsibility of the carrier.

Shipping for Canada

Due to recent cost increases free shipping will no longer be offered on Canadian orders. We do apologize for any inconvenience.  Your order will be shipped from Texas within 72 hours of placement (excluding weekends and holidays). We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) and ship Global Priority Mail. Most items will arrive in about 3-10 business days depending on where you are located.  Please see the chart below for Canadian prices.  If you need a rush shipment, please contact us before placing your order. Shipments are mailed Monday through Friday only.  Any customs fees are the sole responsiblity of the customer. Damage occurring during the shipment of merchandise to a customer will be the responsibility of the carrier.
